KC is about 4 hour drive, CHI & NASH about 4 1/2 hours CIN is just over 5 hours, Columbus is about 6 hrs. INDY would be about 4 hrs if they were to get a team

Not really? Especially since "I-70" is already in the local lexicon from the previous MLB WS meeting between STL & KC. "Missouri River Derby" just sounds muddy to me.
