This is something people ignored which I brought up months ago. He has struggled to have end results and he needs to adapt his game from being Robben to being Neymar.
Delicious from Vinícius 🔥🔥🔥The 3rd youngest player to start a #UCL game for Real Madrid!#UCL @vini11Oficial pic.twitter.com/unDXK7X8uL— UEFA Champions League (@ChampionsLeague) December 12, 2018
11 - @vini11Oficial attempted 12 dribbles against Real Sociedad (six dribbles completed), more than any other @realmadriden player in a @LaLigaEN game this season. Brave. pic.twitter.com/mVWw5w0x3H— OptaJose (@OptaJose) January 6, 2019
Our best team player lol. You see how much difference it makes if you have a player who can actually dribble.
Difference between Robben and Bale.. Some dont see it but Vinicious is closer to Robben than he is to Bale.
He's fast and full of energy but he's just so raw. You can see it in his shooting and passing. Hes gonna grow into it hopefully.
Kid is doing the right things thus far. Just give him for PT and let him grow in confidence and chemistry with the squad.
With Lucas suspended and Bale injured, Vinicius will surely start again next game. He's got a serious chance of rising his spot in the pecking order if he continues to play like he did against Sociedad. Just grow game by game from here on out.
Good showing by the kid today, considering he had 3 defenders on him everytime he was on the ball he did very well, you could tell Leganes's coach pinpointed him as the guy to look out for the most.
Hell of a strike on goal by an 18-year old. Florentino may have dropped the ball on Mbappe and made many mistakes weakening the squad and not fortifying us up front.... however he did very well securing Vini and Rodrygo.
Sigo callado, trabajando, y evolucionando siempre. Muy feliz por el gol y por ayudar al equipo! ¡Gloria a Dios por todo! 🧐🤟🏿⚽️🙌🏿 pic.twitter.com/mseefKgtDE— Vini Jr. (@vinijr) January 9, 2019 Looks like the kid is picking up Spanish quickly. Unlike a certain Welshman, Vini seems to be adapting to Spain in a hurry
Solari on Vinicius “He is a kid who takes people on, and in modern football that is one of the most important things, and most difficult to find. We hope that he keeps improving on a collective level for the team but never loses this talent.”— Dermot Corrigan (@dermotmcorrigan) January 9, 2019
I have high hopes for this kid. He was definitely a joy to watch, and for all we know his emergenfe might be the brightest part of this season. At the same time, wth happened to Asensio? Why did pull a disappearing act this season?
He is lack end of product of course but who cares. only 18. kid will be huge if Solari or other coach WILL LET HIM play.
With the stats he has, a goal or assist every 59 minutes, he has the most end product on our team right now. It just feels different because he's taking so many chances, which we don't see from anyone else.
Great showing yesterday. So impressed by the way he's constantly moving, passing and moving all the time. Needs to work on his finishing (ironically scores a stunner) but I have seen players improve dramatically in this area with the right coaching; Sterling being a good example. Wish I saw him making more runs behind the defence, coming more central when we're on the counter.
