I have a question about the training. I know that you can use a percentage of training to devote towards stamina but when I train all the way the Team spirit would fall down to murderous. What from your guys and gals experience is the best way about going on training Stamina?
My research on that topic led me to a figure of 12-13% stamina training. It seems to be working as I'm not giving up 2-3 goals in the last 15 minutes of every game like I was my first season.
I just got a team for the first time and have 25% of my practice devoted to stamina, because my players stamina is horrible.
