It didn't take off nationally until the 76ers used it ad nauseam though.

If you say so. I don't follow NBA too heavily. Point was, to say Embiid caused the phrase to be used in other sports, in the case I presented at least, is incorrect. To be clear, I am not saying Saban invented the phrase. I am sure its been around as a sportsism forever. But living where I live and being a college football fan, I have been hearing it nearly monthly for 10 years.

I don't follow either sport closely. I hadn't heard "Trust the Process" until Sam Hinkie made it a thing.

    Apparently a vastly different "thing"
    https://medium.com/five-hundred-on-sports/trust-the-process-means-many-different-things-d6d28598514e
Long before Joel Embiid asked Philadelphia 76ers fans to chant “Trust the Process,” long before Sam Hinkie became an NBA folk hero, and long before a basketball franchise tested the limits of its league’s drafting rules, “Trust the Process” meant something different....

More about Saban's process and where it came from. (hint-the 1960's)

First off, how dare you insult our lord and savior.

On a serious note, Hinkie doesn't like the name at all. He was just in charge of it. And personally, I enjoy watching someone smart expose the league office and all of its faults.

Supposedly there's suppose to be an exodus of the club's top players in the summer.

At least Tuchel has shown a willingness to play the kids. I would think that would only be a good thing for Weah. Maybe he won't like him though, who knows.

Hopefully it’s right this week. Showed him in the squad last week but wasn’t on the bench come gametime.

PSG wins the Ligue 1 title with 5 matches still remaining. Hopefully, Tim will see some more minutes to close out the season.

how many games would he need to get a winner's medal?

it'd suck if he happened to be 2-3 games short? I recall (was it Spector or Gooch) won some trophy with their club and they were denied a medal due to very little PT over the season.

Oh snap, it was Beasley with Rangers. I think it was 1 league title when Edu joined.
