Eriksen puts the defense back on their heels. I’m not more impressed by him than I’ve been by hyka. Looks like a player who takes himself out of the game mentally. He showed frustration in the box after he lost the ball and little snippets of it after that.
Can we finally agree that playing with only one forward and no central midfielder is monumentally stupid? They will never control games like this.
If we can't see Qwiberg over Salinas I'd like to see something over Godoy. I don't know what the answer is, maybe just a straight swap with TT. I'd like to see what would happen with someone over Wondo, too, but maybe one swap at a time and Wondo's not going to get the bench this soon in the season.
If they can't let go of the past, then the Quakes don't deserve to win. They are demonstrating that very clearly right now.
I’m very disenchanted. Clearly Wondo should have been subbed off. Subbing Quincy for Hoesen and Jackson for Flo seems all wrong. And not subbing the last 2 until close to the 80th minute is just not acceptable.
Vako, Hoessen, and Wondo both doing the same thing and not looking to link up the midfield and attack. Too many holes in the team.
Stahre is looking very underprepared yet again. Nothing impressive about him at all so far. He's made a bad coach look pretty good and a decent coach look like a soccer mastermind.
Fatai for Shea. The Quakes as a group now look really unskilled and tired. Plus they look like they are picking on each other. well, i have to be the first to say this: #StahreOut
I don't disagree. It's just not going to happen. We'll know if Stahre has what it takes if he makes some helpful but difficult decisions in the next two games.
And some truly pathetic Kansas City defending makes Wondolowski look a lot better suddenly. I'll take the goal and reiterate that a sub role would make a lot more sense for Chris than flailing for 90 minutes only to make one good run. They could get more out of him if they used him more intelligently.
