Spurs return to the south coast for a 4th round tie against one of the hottest teams in the PL. Saints have won 5 of their last 7 in the league with Danny Ings scoring for fun.

We will be without Harry Winks, who did his ankle in the win over Norwich, which is a shame because his play had improved dramatically in recent weeks after some shockingly poor performances. We will also be without Christian Eriksen, whose transfer to Inter has been confirmed. Glory be and good riddance. The only consolation is he didn't get his dream move to Real or Barca (why would either of them want him anyway?). This one is on Levy, who failed to cash in on his asset when it was clear he would not sign an extension.

Dele gets behind the defense, but his touch is too heavy and the ball rolls into the keeper.

Bednarek's shot is wide but the referee gives a corner. It shows how far we have slipped that we get a non PL ref, Peter Bankes.

Sanchez does well to hold off Ings.

Southampton with all the play, Toby has to flick a Bertrand cross away, and moments later. Lloris gets down to smother a cross.

Spurs score but an extremely late flag rules it out. VAR to check.

No goal, the ball came off Son who was in an offside position. Lo Celso with the strike.

Great attack by Spurs results in a save by Gunn on Moura's shot, should have scored, big chance.

Spurs have been dangerous on the counter, but Son takes too long to release the ball.
