Llorente was absolutely immense in the 2nd half. Won every ball in the air.

Unfortunate for Son that he had a bad game, was trying to do way too much and held the ball up every time. Had to cross it way more or at least threaten it but he was taking bad shots and had a heavy touch. He did make some good trackbacks and played some decent D. But what a game, what a season. No signings in 2 windows, every player is knocked and the best in Kane is out. CL Finals who would have thought? Sonny has a chance to redeem himself vs Pool

I stopped watching after the first half. Tottenham actually turned the tie over?!!! Son gets his CL final afterall. But now he and the whole team must buy Moura 3 dinners.

Personnally, I don't think Sonny was that bad but he didn't have the impact we wished, though.

Man, it's already been ten years since Park Ji-sung played in the UCL Final...

    Congrats to Son and Tottenham.

    Can't wait for 6/1.

Lot of harsh judgments about Son, but it's hard to be consistently good. All players go in and out of form. He did OK, not great, today. With the other team focusing on stopping him, someone else had to step up, and it was Lucas.

Indeed Son was fine, luring at least 1 Ajax defender on him everytime Alli and Lucas move center forward. He simply missed to score with that post.

Guys, remember Tottenham qualified for the round of 16 with only 8 points (just 1 point after 3 games), Lucas Moura, again, scoring the equalizing goal at the Camp Nou at the 85 minutes. While Inter Milan wasn't able at home to beat PSV Eindhoven... Just miraculous, especially when we look at their quarter final and semi final today!

Ridiculous game. Ajax started the match straight out of the gate with a goal at 5min and then continued to play great poised football against a lackluster Spurs.

Then in the 2nd half Spurs came out and just went for it as if they had nothing to lose, which was indeed the case. Wanyama substitution during half time was expected given he seemed to be injured but putting on Llorente was a clear statement from Poch, just go for it, we've lost the midfield in the 1st half so we will just skip it, we've got nothing to lose.

Two amazing comebacks in as many days. Wow.

Liverpool are the favorites. They won both PL games this season, have deeper depth of players, have better fire power, they got the belief and mental strength, they've got the experience of being in a final etc. Its going to be hard.

With Spurs in the final and Kane possibly being fit with the addition of Lucas carrying the team today. Do you think Son is going to start or be on the bench. Because if Kane is ready it might look like Kane, Son, Deli, Eriksen, and Lucas. But Sissoko will be tasked with most of the defensive work in the midfield.

Son surely didnt do as well as he did in the previous matches, but he did his job. He drew all the aggro to make spaces for other players. Son started the attack which led to the first goal.

Lucas was the hero of the match, but Llorente was the one who made all the difference.

Really ********ing hope Man city clinch the PL title. I hate liverpool with a passion.
Watching them lose the CL to spurs would be the cherry on top. Probably impossible that happens, but given the way this CL has gone, anything truly can happen.

I think we can all say props to Ajax for making it this far, and also fair play to them for not time wasting as Chelsea or Arsenal would.
