Personally think he has been very average for Jeju this season, but Jeju, overall as a team, have been terrible this season.

I just opened this thread to page 3, was going to write ^^ nearly verbatim, and when i checked page 4 i see this LOL

I would LOVE to see JWY turn into a player anywhere near SHM's caliber (let alone Bayern level...) but the odds are too slim. I do, though, expect him to at least be a low-mid-tier Bundesliga regular

Just trying to stay optimistic (esp. with their growing list of injured midfielders)

I also think that it would be foolish to go to Bayern. The level of competition is much higher in the premier league. Shm will improve more in the epl

    1. Never believe rumors about Bundesliga, unless it's from Kicker or Bild (sometimes). Especially if the source is some Italian tabloid, it's bs.

    2. Bayern is known to be very parsimonious regarding transfer fees, while Levy is a stubborn business man. He won't sell Son under 60 millions and Bayern won't pay that much. Their interest makes no sense.

    3. Bayern will rather go for a winger from another BL team, because they like to hurt their rivals. My bets are on Brandt or Bailey from Leverkusen. Or they might go after Draxler from PSG.

    4. JWY won't get seriously accepted as a Bayern player. They have always fcked up with youth players, with 1-2 exceptions like Muller. The best he could do is to impress when getting first team action and move to another BL club.

I think Son now would be a good mentor/leader for a fellow KPA, as witnessed at the AG. A bit harsh to conclude someone’s mentorship ability at age 22/23 when Son himself was still working on building his own name in Europe at the time.

Dang, a silly made up rumor from an italian source which is questionable at best, keeps going so far as to bring up the ghost of RSW.

Basic rule, whenever a transfer rumor is from a source from a country not involved in the transaction in any way, its BS.

Also f*** bleacher report live. Too much money, no iPad app, bonkers interface, argh.

If shm wants a legit chance at lifting the cl trophy or any trophy of significance, he needs to gtfo of Tottenham. The spurs ain’t doing sht anytime soon in the pl and cl.

We will find out what drives him soon enough.

Some female Chinese fan got the avert boards around Wembley to display a congratulatory message to SHM

"오빠 군면제 축하해" is what it translates to apparently lol

Honestly, I love the core of the Spurs. If they had brought in 1 or 2 big transfers in this past summer, they could have honestly competed for the BPL title and be a legitimate threat in the Champions League. Their core is still young and improving.

I'm all for Son staying with the Spurs. I want to see Son see this project through. I'm a believer of Poch and this Spurs management.

Lol it's not the squad problem that's the issue. It's because Tottenham is a chocker.

Their midfield depth depends on Harry Winks's busted ankle. Not good.

They're world-class in every other area. Just need that final upgrade, like Liverpool with Van Dijk.

its honestly terrifying to know how much money they really have. This is a clue in how much damage they can do if they want.

Tottenham seem to be more tight with their wage structure than their peers. And you have levy who is known for making more value buys than world class signings.

Alderweireld doesn't look like his old self [emoji20]

Dire is shambles, just shambles. Davies doesn't want to leave his own side of the pitch...

despite Spurs' ridiculous first 30 mins. Kane should have scored and they should be into the half up a goal.

Dier and Dembele needed to be replaced and/or augmented in the summer transfer window. At the very least Wanyama should be playing ahead of Dier right now.
