yup agreed. Lamela was very good. his (Poch) lineup came through for him. in all fairness, considering their starting XI throughout the whole of the season, it was their B team today but they got the W in a goal fest. had something still been on the line, we would not have seen this line up no doubt.
For what it's worth, Sam Tighe, who I view as one of the more respectable journalists at BR, places SHM 8th for EPL attacking mids/wingers above the likes of Mahrez, Ozil, Dele Alli, Alexis Sanchez and Bernardo Silva. Essentially only behind the City and Liverpool players, Eriksen and Hazard (and quite understandably so). I would say this is the first time one of our players has actually received recognition like this. PJS is arguably still the better player, but he never enjoyed the limelight SHM does at the moment. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...ues-best-players-for-the-201718-season#slide6

The voting is over and you have chosen Sonny's winner v Palace as your 2017/18 Goal of the Season. 👌 🇰🇷#COYS pic.twitter.com/0aHIfkktWe— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) June 9, 2018 ...well, this should put a stop to his swelling head. Seriously, we'l done...Sonny's contributions are a big reason why the team finished where they did.
WTF...that wasn't even close to being the best goal though... I thought his screamer vs West ham was 10x better. And wanyama got robbed as well...
son does not appear to be the guy who would smother his achievements in front of people. he's well liked by his teammates in england and he's well liked by his Korean national team teammates.
