I have this feeling that Chelsea will lose to Manchester United in the FA Cup final, but will overtake Spurs in points over the next two games. Chelsea are only 2 points behind right now....

didn't watch the match but it seems, Poch played 3 at the back? and the whole team was off, but particularly Kane and Lamela were really poor?

lot of this is on Poch, tbf.

Sonny is due. I smell a brace. If Toby plays again like he did the wknd and they get their heads in it, WED looks salvageable.

If he plays Lamela again ahead of Sonny and Lucas and Kane and Lamela suck balz again, well they don't say they're Spursy for nothing.

Will definitely break precedence if he finishes strong

Precedent or precedence? B/c I'm unsure if he wants to start SHM over Lamela in the next match.

Lamela was terrible last wknd tho. good chance for Sonny to start. plus he's had a little rest having come off the bench.

Well, he was the replacement as Poch wasn't able to sign Zaha. Taking this season, he's been one of the best wingers in the league apart from those insane wingers at Man City and Liverpool, but they are on a different planet.

Personally I would like to see him at Tottenham, but after this season, his price tag is going to be hefty.

They've both been bad for the past few games, but given that Son has a better track record, hopefully he should start.

I just want him to get two more goals this season to get to 20. Back to back 20 goal seasons for a wide forward is an outstanding return.

At least Lamela was passing the ball and turning over possession in the opposition's half. Son's spent most of this half standing behind the Newcastle CMs

He is probably tired from the season. But as I said before, he needs to get better on the ball. This will allow him to free of his mind more to move confidently, get dispossessed less, make more crucial passes, weave away from defenders... etc. Someone here told me that its really hard to improve on ones touch but I still have hopes for him to be on the level of Robben, Hazard, Sanchez. Or maybe get alot closer.

His skill set is more of a striker. But he cant hold up physically and not good enough in the air. He is more of a secondary striker (sniper) who can score goals when the other team focuses more on his teammates

He hasnt been smiling that much on the pitch.. Many ppl r saying he's ready to leave the team after the season but that's utter BS. Remember that he needs to be away for a few weeks for AG..

At the end of this video, he says that he has been carrying a left ankle knock since the Chelsea game, which explains a lot.
