He is out of form. Has been for the past three weeks or so. Bad passing, bad control, bad technique, slowing up play etc. It doesn't take him long usually to come good again, but at the moment he should be benched.
The whole team is playing pretty shit atm. All the good chances are being created by Watford, but Spurs are 1-0 ahead thanks to a goalkeeper blunder. Son and Kane are playing awfully today. Similar to the Man Utd match.
Tottenham have been incredibly fortunate. Every bad pass somehow bounces right back into another Spurs players path.
started watching from 50th min or so....and at 72nd minute, saw his first touch...talk about dry spell n now he's off
It's at times like this I wish Poch would buy Zaha, who has been on an incredible form this season. You need technical wingers who can tear down the wings when the game gets this stale.
You'd think Lucas was signed for that role, but Poch haven't placed much faith in him so far. Maybe it's a matter of getting a full pre season and get used to the Premier League first.
Really confounding to see Sissoko in there first rather than Lucas or Lamela. I feel really bad for Sissoko... I think a change of scenery may help his confidence after so many epic misses.
Jesus, was he that bad today? Were they that bad? Horrible fizzle to finish the season. At least, when Eriksen and Dele were cold for a good stretch earlier in the season, Harry and Sonny were able to pick them and the rest up. Now it seems Eriksen and Dele picking up the slack for Kane and Son.
I dunno if he was that bad even if he was mediocre. The whole team looked a bit rough but on Son's terms that means dropping quite a bit touch wise... but that said, Son caused a quite a bit of danger with his runs and made a lot of space and probably should have earned some free kicks on uncalled fouls even if his PK claim was a bit soft.
No. Yes and no. Like SHM, they were disjointed and not really that good but not really that bad. Eh. SHM is getting minutes, making good runs and most importantly avoiding injuries. He's playing too deferentially to Kane yet again. But that may just be his instructions. For the next two matches, I'm just hoping he gets solid minutes and avoids injury. Nothing else matters to me other than his health at this point so close to the WC.

Poch should go to BVB and Peter Stoger to Arsenal. Tottenham should get Luis Enrique. I think SHM can be turned into a deadly weapon under the Spaniard's tactics.
