I think it boils down to what leverkusen's goals are for rest of season and their plans to buy Kruse replacement. Longer term would be better for him to play than bench and bl2 higher than 4th level with reserves...

i haven't seen any indication of Leverkusen going after Kruse replacement. i think they will ride the 2nd half of bundesliga with Son, Sam, and Hegeler (oh.. Can too).. with Brandt & RSW as support/depth.

i still have major doubts of him joining a BL2 on loan. but i think we had this discussion already.

 

Hmmm... He's still very raw. But his touch is translating well to this level.
