Wouldn't bother with that shit. Get a blender bottle or something dump like 4-5g in some oj and drain it quick. I am seriously debating going to kratom most nights of the week instead of booze. A)it works better fasting B) it has to be healthier than drinking a few beers C) it's not as impairing D) no calories E) no ending up eating way too much after. I work at a grocery store. I took 4g before work and didnt' really even have breakfast. I should have been starving when I got off but, not really. Just don't want to develop any sort of dependency on it.
