Panda (Not Panda Express). It's a little hole in the wall on the east side on Wilson. The original family that opened it were absolutely amazing cooks and had no idea how to price things in the US. A large Szechwan Beef was like $4 and you'd have leftovers for lunch the next day. Every time I went in there, I told them to raise their prices. A few years ago they sold the restaurant to another immigrant family and the quality went down while the prices went up. Now I just get East China Inn, which is good enough, but expensive.
I know what you're talking about. I grew up in Batavia and still live there. Thai Village is expensive.
Batavia has 2 Thai restaurants for some reason with another 3-4 in the Tri-cities. Must be because of our large South-East Asian population.
Can I get any confirmation that the basti beer with actually be at Toyota Park Saturday? I don't wanna go to Goose Island if I don't have too. Actually pretty much only reason I want to go to the game. Also as to what I'm drinking? I love fall. Weather is nice and I can start drinking dark beer again
Well it's time to start wearing long pants again and none of mine fit for whatever reason. Time to step back from beer but, first to polish off the expensive stuff so i won't feel bad if the stuff i have goes bad before i drink it. Of course I'll have the basti beer if they have it tomorrow but, that's it.
So has anyone had uh stomach problems after drinking that unfiltered basti beer? I also had Harold's Chicken,a kolachaki,an eclair, and some Culver's.
You make me laugh so hard bunge but, at the same time I had Indian with pbr a week ago and was fine. So not sure if I just don't react to yeast left behind in the beer
I feel like I should go out towards the field museum seeing how the closest thing to greek architecture around here is a shitty strip club.
