We really need Chiello and Mandzu back. Wouldn't hurt to have Khedira back also, isn't he almost back in the team?
Khedira was among the players listed for Saturday's match. So too Mandzukic but apparently his ankle turned again.

From Allegri during his post-match interview .... Alex Sandro felt pain in the flexor and it was better to stop at half-time.

Barzagli could be out for 2 months with a thigh injury. More tests are needed to determine the exact time he'll be out for
He's crocked/finished. It is beyond frustrating why our management can't just accept the obvious. We should have found and started to blood a long term for replacement him two seasons ago. Instead all we got was that nonsense with Caldara and yet we still need a new long-term solution at center back. Ridiculous that this has been allowed to continue for so long.
Can is back and expected to be in the squad for Friday's game. Alex Sandro is in doubt and could miss the trip.
Caldaia has been out most, if not all of the season. The Barzagli injury will give Rugani more opportunities.
Barzagli has been crocked for years now. We should have already started blooding his long-term successor last season, if not the season before, regardless of Caldara or whomever else. At this point we're wasting a spot on the roster on a player that is basically permanently injured.

Barzagli / lesion right thigh / 3 Dec (?) 18. Kean / fatigue left abductor / 6 Dec (?) Can returns to the squad after his surgery. Following a muscle problem sustained during yesterday's session, Andrea Barzagli was subjected to tests that showed a lesion to the quadriceps femoris of the right thigh, for which there is the chance that he could be out for a short period. However, further test will be necessary to establish the most appropriate treatments. Moise Kean hasn't been called up for the fixture after suffering fatigue in his left abductor.
