Eleven Sports has the Belgian playoffs. I don't know if they will have games all season. There are also channels like TYC and Gol TV.

One big change for next season is that the Portuguese Primeira will be the property of GOL-TV. It will be interesting to see if they sublicense rights to FuboTV to show the matches not shown on GOL-TV so they can continue selling a package for the league to its subscribers.

    Additions to the original post:

    Leagues:
Brazil (Brasileiro and regional championships): GOL-TV and PFC
Argentina: TyCSports (all matches except Boca and River Plate)
    Colombia: NuestraTele
    Uruguay: GOL-TV
    Venezuela: GOL-TV
Greece: Ant-1 Sat. and SuperSport (both avail. on Dish)
Switzerland: beINSport/streaming (could change as it seems to be annual renewal)
Mexico/LigaMX: Univision, NBC Deportes (Pachuca home matches), Azteca America (Tijuana & Monterrey home matches)
NASL: Add ElevenSports (1 match per round)

    Cup competitions:
Copa do Brasil: GOL-TV and PFC
    Copa Argentina: TyCSports
Dutch KNVB Cup: beINSports (could change)
Scotland League and FA Cups: GOL-TV
    Sweden Cup: beINSport (could change)
    Russia Cup: ESPN (could change)

1 CORRECTION: German DfB Pokal is property of ESPN

GolTV has been showing 4 brasileiro games per weekend, which I think is an increase in coverage.

Any word on whether NGSN will arise from the dead? I'm also interested in whether there is any hope that the Dutch League will be picked up by someone even if it's just a 'legal' streaming in the US.

No news, but I think NGSN is pretty much dead dead. (not zombie dead). I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

I expect this as well. It's too bad that these smaller leagues can't figure out a way to put their matches on the Internet by subscription. I would certainly pay money to watch Ajax every week.

For People who like polish soccer: the ekstraklasa live on dailymotion.com is free for everybody outside of Poland. They show every game live and their Player has an 4 hour history and they have replays of the games later the day too. It is legal. Like hungarian soccer on Mediaklikk.hu. Go on Station M4 and you can see the sport station with some live games of the NB1 and 2.

Small correction - it's Slovenian League, not Slovakian.

Also, plenty of early round UCL & UEL.
    Greek Cup
Ukrainian Premier League (last season - none so far this season)
Brazilian NorthEast Cup (other Brazilian competitions geo-blocked)

Well, had to make a couple changes (with ESPN acquiring the Championship rights for ESPN 3, and SPL being nowhere right now)

    off the purple line
It looks like TV Chile (Channel 437 on DTV--I don't know if it's on any other carriers) will have Chilean league matches again. There is a placeholder on Saturday and Sunday, which did not exist for the past year. I guess we'll see tomorrow if something actually airs in that spot.

Peruvian league on Peru Magico (channel 431 on DTV). A lot of games shown.

Ecuador league action on channel 438 (games are inconsistent so you need to check each week)
