    Hi,
I am going to shortly take over my local soccer club's coaching role, because, well frankly, no one else wants to do it!

We have several teams across the different age groups from Grade/Year 1 to 6 (roughly 7 to 12).

I was wondering whether any of you guys have any experience in this area and whether you can share with me what sort of exercises/routines you put your charges thru?

There are some youth coaches who run a twitter feed @coachingfamily, generally for kids of all ages. You would like to follow them too, many of the amateur club coaches are there too. Two Chelsea coaches on twitter are @mikebealesoccer and @fredham1(in case you like to know, also @SebTideySoccer is another).

mind they are some of the people who coach at pro levels in UK, so hopefully their advice will come very helpful. esp follow Mike Beales blog: http://michaelbeale.blogspot.com/ on youth football(you might like his books too, recommended by Guus Hiddink) & academy coach site http://www.academysoccercoach.co.uk/
