Dumb question, but which Dublin? If it's the one in Ohio, while I've never been, this would seem like your best bet: https://www.yelp.com/biz/fado-pub-and-kitchen-dublin-3?osq=soccer+pub Says they're open at 9:00am on St Stephen's Day. Which makes me think of this, by the way: The one in Ireland? Well, I don''t know, but I'd start with a site like this one: https://theculturetrip.com/europe/ireland/articles/the-best-sports-bars-in-dublin/
http://www.mcclellanspub.com/home.html It's in a stripmall but has an excellent bourbon shelf. They're a Liverpool - who play at 3 - bar, but I'm nearly certain they'll be open for the 10am fixtures. I'd call to make sure.
Fados is OK for a generic fake Irish pub. And they usually have soccer on the tube since it makes things seem more authentic. As for the Chieftains, they're OK too but I'm more of a Clancy Brothers & Tommy Makem kind of guy, singing about killing Black & Tans and rousing the county to avenge them hanging grandpa for stealing a potato.
