Place your trades, transfers and trash here. Please post team name and gameweek with each post. It helps to be able to differentiate when one week's trading ends and the next begins.

Copied this from Kopiteinkc. Think its a great format to follow.

    Your team name and gameweek
    OUT
Player name - Position - Club - Price
    IN
Player name - Position - Club - Price

Player must be in official site database and with a price assigned

Time stamp on bigsoccer determines who gets a player first.

    Then update google doc.

I think with things will change with Thursdays deadline. Everybody is waiting for last minute wheeling and dealing. No way I'm standing pat on my team unless a lot of transfers fall my way. Three Spurs defenders? Nope. Rumours around Alderweireld, Zaha, Pogba and Willian. Likely going to make a few adjustments late.

My understanding is that we don't have to change anything on the player list page of the google doc, correct? Just change our own roster on the google doc, and post here? Thanks!

I have changed mine but I don't plan to after the season starts.
I say no worries not updating now, the list is already outdated.

That is correct. Only the roster has to be maintained.

I guess I am the only one, but I like a google transfer page to keep one concise search site rather than scrolling thru pages of Big Soccer transfers and discussion

I like the Google transfer page too. Are we alright with doing that?

I have never used a google doc transfer page, is this used instead of posting transfers on here or in conjunction? I assume both as BS gives the time stamp.

I can set it up if that is the majority preference. In my previous seasons we had a separate BS thread, one for transfers and one for discussion, that seemed to work just fine.

We kept BigSoccer for official transfer. but copied and pasted the entry from the roster into an in/out list on a separate page. Some complained it was a bother but saves time in end i think

Why don't we just have two threads, doesn't that fit somewhere in the middle?
Posting transfers in 3 locations does seem inefficient.

I updated the Google Doc to have the current squad and the transfers.

So you post here to get the time stamp, then write in transfer in Google doc and update current squad.

My understanding is we are discussing this to build a concensious, now this is what we're doing, even after requests against it (Glorydaze)?

    There is so much faff on this spreadsheet, what does this mean;

OUT to FA or other SR Team: From Small Rocks Team.

Also, why do we need a current team page and the draft team record page, it looks like work for the sake of making work?

I agree, however I will go with the majority but my vote is for the above.

Incidentally if Sand kicks off with just 6 managers (it would be good for Rocks to have it running in any sort of format) wouldn't it give them the edge in All Rocks competitions as they will have more players to choose from.

Lastly, can someone, preferably in the EPL, please buy Danny Ings!!

I am ok with the transfer page. Just keep it simple. It was unnecessarily cumbersome last year. Just who's in and who's out.

20-30 seconds extra to do a transfer page entry to save the time afforded by a one page CTR-F balances out to me (especially in the pre-transfer what if stage) but as I am said I am good with whatever
