Here's the funny part!

If history is any indication, even if they start the upgrade on Sunday at 8:00 AM eastern, things likely still won't be up and running on Sunday night when the Sounders play.

Nor possibly Monday morning.

Or Tuesday ...

.. also Wednesday ...

Can "Mark Forums Read" be made into one button to mark the forum you are in as read and one button to mark all forums read rather than having to click "Mark Forums Read" and then choose what option you want?

I hate things. I don't hate some things.

 

I really don't like the green up and down arrows when browsing on chrome on a mobile device. I also can't tell if I'm on page 1 or 2 since the green looks like a link I need to click. That's going to take some getting used to. I'm sure I'll have more stuff to complain about when I get onto my laptop.

 

Same here, I'm not a fan of the green up and down arrow on mobile when scrolling, it's a bit on the way. Also the notifications on the right when clicking it it doesn't dismisiss the notification alert on the left...I don't know why there are two notification areas.

 

With the above said, the design looks nice and clean, I wish you guys introduced an optional dark mode dark theme option since I am not too fond of all the white.

 

My first glance reaction is: I like it!

The posts look a little squeezed because of all the stuff on the right side of the screen. But nothing I won't get quickly used to. Overall, everything seems fine.

 

Thanks for the comments and your patience as the software and look of the board were updated. Some things are still being tweaked but we wanted to keep time offline to a minimum.

 

One need:

- Better visual separation of quoted materials. Right now things are too hard to read.

Design rethinks:

- At the top of the page, "My Threads" and "Watched Threads" do the same thing. Eliminate one link to declutter.

 

this. i'd like to see this removed, or at least have the option of removing it.. i don't give a damn what's trending or what's been recently posted in areas i have no interest in.

 

They need to get rid of the MASSIVE header in any browser on a mobile device. It takes up at least a quarter of the page. And I'd love to use the app, I really would, but there's stuff in there that doesn't quite work.

 

Thanks for the update! It would be nice if we could have the page links at the bottom of the page (already on the top), as they were on the old design. This allows for easier viewing. Example of what I am referring to:

I dig it so far. I haven't tried on a mobile browser, but I almost never view bigsoccer on a mobile device, so I don't really care.

I like the idea of the up and down arrow, but this applies for any sort of touch device not just mobile devices.

 

Overall, it feels the same, looks a little different, and has only a few bugs. Could've ended up a lot worse.
