Moyes was truly the worst thing to ever happen to the club, putting Munich aside of course. A shame not every forum poster understood this at the time or has the decency to admit it.
That record of consecutive top 3 finished definitely got us fans so spoiled and is another reason why the past 5yrs have been so hard to take, if we're being honest. As far as SAF himself, it does highlight how special he was. He already has an incredible palmares and legacy. One can only imagine what it would have been if we could have a couple (or even just one more) CL titles we could/should have won.
SAF is an inspiration to Pochettino. www.skysports.com/football/news/11661/11605031/mauricio-pochettino-glad-to-see-sir-alex-ferguson-involved-with-manchester-united-first-team

Wtf? Is that supposed to be a memorial? Did something happen to him? Didn't see any thing on the interwebs. Stop posting shit without some narrative.
Winning trophies (even ceremonial ones, like the one he got today) is like a drug to SAF: can't stop...
Fascinating read - Fergie letter to Cantona; Just came across the letter Fergie sent Cantona after he quit football and it’s dusty in here. “I haven’t won the European Cup and it does get to me at times.” pic.twitter.com/ITJm9w2LYH— Alex Shaw (@AlexShawTel) August 20, 2019

SAF's message to Ronaldo after he won another Portuguese footballer of year award. The man genuinely cares and is in 'dad mode" for the guys who played under him (most of them at least)..
“United will never win anything while he’s the manager”. 📖 pic.twitter.com/PXVO2zd4kX— MUFC Data (@MUFCData) September 26, 2019 JG answer relevant to current situation too - need some underperforming senior players (eg Lingard, Mata, Fred, Matic, Pogba, Young) who have no excuse to deliver when they play.
Manchester United are in 12th place, two points above the relegation zone. Succeeding a legend is tough. pic.twitter.com/s2xsjp3Nun— B/R Football (@brfootball) October 6, 2019

This comes on the back of news that United have made facilities at Old Trafford available to the NHS, if necessary.
