Simon Elissetche is currently unemployed, but was most recently manager of Aceh United in Indonesia's second division until October 2018. He was previously employed by various clubs in Indonesia and East Timor, and managed the East Timor national team for a while. His Wikipedia page describes him as Chilean-American, though Transfermarkt lists him as Chilean only. I'm not sure the story ends with merely having worked briefly in the US, though -- it turns out the founder of Produce Inspectors of America is a man named Edmundo Elissetche in Miami, FL, and the current CEO is named Juan Ignacio Elissetche. I can't find exactly how they are related to Simon, but it certainly looks like he has family ties to US residents and possibly citizens, and if so he may actually be a US citizen himself...
