Take out a draw where he was suspended and they won every game save for 1 when he was involved. also looks like he assisted the only goal on Feb 23 in their 1-0 win. so 2 goals and 1 assist in 8 games (7 starts) for him in Belgium. no idea how he's doing since I don't watch Belgium but it should be helpful for his dev to get all this game time.

Hertha started their preseason but currently Friede is out due to hip problems. I have doubts anyways that he'll get real 1st team chances. They resigned Grujic on loan and they are very high on a 01 midfielder. I mean current 1st team has including that 01 training with the pros 7 midfielders that don't include Friede. You add him in that's 8 players for like 3 spots and no Europe next season. should consider another loan or maybe even permanent out (with buyback?).
seems like I'm not wrong about Friede and next season. Looks like Covic has stated that Grujic will help train his replacements which includes Friede. Sounds like Friede could be a back up role that gets some integration but unless injuries to others seems like he'll play a bigger role in 2020-2021.
