He'd only make Pool deeper and better, but sure... With the potential questions surrounding Martial and his long term future with us (not to mention he can also play centrally if required), I would totally be in favor of us bringing Memphis back, as an alternative upfront at the very least . He's a completely different player from when he left us. Not sure how much out buyback clause for him is for, but provided it's reasonable enough I'd trigger it, without hesitation.
Let the beer flow (once again) in Munich: they've secured another Buli title after thumping Frankfurt 5-1. Robbery both scored on their final game with the club in a fitting send off for them.
Lol we don't need another cocky underperforming ass hat in our locker room. He might be a slightly better player but he's still the same arrogant prick. Why overpay for Depay when you could buy Dembele (for the same or less) who is three years younger and already a better player?
I personally believe that he wasn't ready for the Prem when we got him. He is now and having him at Pool, as a backup to their current front 3 (stands to reason they're wouldn't be buying him as a first team regular), would make them even more dangerous as a team. We have more pressing needs anyway over a predominantly left sided forward, but if it were to happen somehow, I would not necessarily be against it.

Watford are looking pretty good so far, with probably the best chances of the game at this point as well. They have at least one legitimate Pk call as well. City scores and it's 1-0 (D. Silva). Can be argued a bit against the run of play: Watford started pretty well so far. 2-0, City. Watford look to have blown their load early and City have firmly taken control. Watford need to react or could get smashed.
Been a combination of bad luck and poor finishing for Watford: they've had the chances and probably should have had a pk as well. Unless they score next, this game is over. And there it is: KdB off the bench puts this game to bed. 3-0. Getting ugly, as expected: GJ makes it 4-0.
Sterling with a hat trick and it's 6-0. Rivalry and banter aside, it's just scary and ridiculous how good and how far ahead from everyone else (Pool being the exception) they are. Unless something completely unforeseen happens, this team is not going anywhere anytime soon. That's the reality of things right now. Am looking forward to what will come out of UEFA's investigation though: that could trip them up, if something is actually done about it. Sterling now is at 26 goals and 15 assists for the season.
I love Franck Ribery so much. That goal he scored today was filthy. A fitting farewell for a Bayern legend.

Some rumors floating around that Barca are backing out of the Griezz deal and that a lot of people within the club don't want him because of the stunt he pulled on them last time. I would love it if that little shit announced he's leaving and then is stuck staying at Atleti.
⭐🇫🇷⭐EXCLU TELEFOOT ! @_OlivierGiroud_ va rester à @ChelseaFC la saison prochaine.Nos précisions ►https://t.co/YI4zT0RW8z pic.twitter.com/xJX8DT8TB6— Téléfoot (@telefoot_TF1) May 19, 2019 If Chelsea's transfer ban does hold, they'd be looking at a Giroud/Abraham strikeforce next season (with Higuaín on his way back to Italy). Good for Abraham as he should be getting his chances and perhaps enjoy a breakthrough. But Chelsea, as a club, could be in trouble as far as competing for the top 4 (especially if Hazard leaves as expected).
Real Madrid season ends on a fitting note; FULL-TIME: Real Madrid 0-2 Real BetisMiserable end to the season for Los Blancos. Zidane's 2nd coming expectedly has not had the desired effect; 4 losses in 11, 16 goals, 14 against. Jury definitely still out despite 3 uclWhat's that old adage again? Considering some of his team/squad selections he made since his return, wouldn't surprise me if Real's poor end to the season was deliberate planning from ZZ to insure he gets to rebuild the team as he sees fit, and more importantly that he gets the funds to do so as well.
Thomas Meunier on the transfer speculation surrounding him... "As I have said, nothing is clear, with regards to me or the club,” he told Canal+. “People are enquiring, left and right, but I still have another year on my contract. “The club knows my position, I have always said that I want to stay. “Aside from that, do I suit them or not, do they want to change the Paris cycle a bit? Nothing is clear for the moment and we are going to see a little what happens. “I think that I will receive news during the holidays.” Nothing has changed as far as he's concerned, and while he's willing to stay provided PSG wants him to, he's also clearly ready to move on as well. Considering he'd cost at least half of what Palace want for Wan-Bissaka, it's really the sensible move for United's RB vacancy. https://www.manchestereveningnews.c...sfer-news/man-utd-transfer-news-live-16296920
so Bayern won 7 league titles in a row, Juventus are on 8 in a row and Celtic as well on 8. PSG would be up there as well if it wasn't for Falcao, Mbappé and AS Monaco only hope of any change in any of those three leagues for now is Dortmund going one better
We've reached halftime of the U17 Euros' final and Holland are dismantling Italy and look completely dominant so far. The score is already 3-0, entirely deserved from the Dutch. Game currently is on ESPN3. Much improved display from Italy in the 2nd half. They're in control now and have given themselves a small chance, with the score now 3-1. Big goal for Holland, a bit against the run of play, to restore their 3 goal advantage.
