It's a highlight video. Players don't make Low Light videos. Those things are designed to make players look good. Again, you continue to show your ignorance. You feel that based on the 5 minute highlight tape you saw that you know more than the coaches who see these players EVERY.SINGLE.DAY!

Wrong again. Adams, Muyl, Davis, Caceres, etc. all got there start and blooded in the USL. Once they proved themselves there RB moved them up. Klejestan and McCarty were on the downside of their careers and on large contracts. It made sense to move on from them given the tactical shift that RB made to a high press system. RB's ownership is also European, and utilizes the same philosophy at all of their teams.
Newsflash guy, academies cost shit loads of money and committment. Half of the league is less than 10 years old. It took RB what, 8-9 years to build their academy into what it is today? It's taken Philly 10 years to get their Academy to where it is now. They're only on the cusp of producing MLS caliber players, let alone international class. RSL's academy has taken time, as has SKC's. Same with Seattle.

Columbus' academy is behind due to PSV's lack of desire to stay in the market. DC United was committing resources to getting a stadium built. We'll see how DC's academy performs in the coming years with their USL team and training facility that opens this season.

The expansion teams are behind, but that's due to building infrastructure first.

The Galaxy's academy will be interesting to see now that Te Klosse is in charge. LAFC started from scratch, which IMO was a mistake as they could have easily re-branded Chivas USA's academy. Though I don't blame them for wanting to distance themselves from the mess that became of the Chivas MLS team.

Teams are taking heed. The bottom line is that not every team has the fiscal resources of Red Bull to just make it happen instantly. "Fans" such as yourself are so impatient and unrealistic in your expectations that you never give anything a chance. You want and expect every team to play the long game and develop players for a team other than their own. Oh, and put that development above winning titles at the club level as well.
