Re: Sergio Aguero at Atletico Madrid!!! The situations would be similar I think. Inter have Milito, Eto'o as their main strikers with Balotelli as the back up. Chelsea have Drogba, Anelka as their main strikers with Kalou as the backup.

Yep that's the conditions to get paid the "developmental rights", it's when a player moves to his second club in Europe, but it has to be a club from a different country from the first club he played in Europe, pretty much like SupaMario described. Yet another reason for him to head to a place like Italy instead of Real Madrid.
