Hopefully they aren’t EPB’s fault.
You're either dehydrated or aren't getting enough potassium.
Have avocado with salt sprinkled on top. That's what I do. With eggs. Meal of champions.
Certainly, guac has been a lifesaver so far. I've already lost (admittedly mostly water) 23 lbs in almost a month.
It's probably both. I don't drink enough water, and I don't even know where to get potassium outside of bananas that I can't eat.
Thanks for the tips guys.
Drink more water eat a banana a day and take a multi vitamin.
One banana throws you out of keto which defeats the purpose.
Plus avocados have almost 2X the potassium.
More reason for extra guac then!
Best chance for Nova to impress, and doesn't matter if Breda goes down since next season EPB is going somewhere else. Actually, this would be an ideal game for Erik to sit.
My trick for guac on keto is pork rinds.
Tastes much better than you'd expect when dipping and they have 0 carbs.
Lol, you won't believe this, but before reading this post, I went down to Target after taking a quiz... and grabbed some guacamole and a bag of pork rinds...
Tastes OK, kinda like weird bacon + guacamole. Crunch is good though, which is what I was looking for. I eat too many baby carrots with too many carbs to always go that route. Even something like carrots and hummus can get dicey when you eat too many carrots.
Nova went out with an unspecified injury a third of the way into the game. Wasn't doing anything. Meandering runs and couldn't hold up. Don't know if he was hobbled the entire way. It kind of came out of nowhere, wasn't noticeably limping before or after, just went down and came out with a man readied for him.
From bad news to worse for yanks in this game. Because a Sittard player made a pretty speculative dribbling run thru traffic into the box NAC should have handled easily. But EPB didn't read it and then over-aggressively challenged, resulting in a pk. 1-0 Sittard. He had been doing well too. But has always seemed like this guy has 1 or 2 costly mental lapse per game. And that position you pay.
Novakovich caught by the offside trap
Phew, suddenly there was room for Fortuna. NAC-back Khalid Karami is sloppy and Mark Diemers takes over possession of the ball and can counter. He waits a little too long with the pass on Andrija Novakovic, which means that the American striker is played offside. Opportunity blown.
Andrija Novakovich is replaced by Finn Stokkers
The American striker cannot continue and is replaced by Finn Stokkers.
At this point the question is: are our guys unlucky to usually end actually playing in teams fighting for relegation, or are they so bad they turn the team for which they play into a relegation candidate?
Nova is a poacher. When he doesn't score, he doesn't look particularly useful.
Sure, but then you'll never retire!
No disgrace for Fortuna in men's eyes, as they win 2-1; will Nova alone beweep his outcast state?
I once had a Fin Stalker. It was very painful to remove.
As of right now, he's 23rd top scorer in the league.
Top scorer in the league has 26 goals in 2700 mins. Nova has 9 in 2215 mins.
I hope the injury isn't too bad.
Yep, on keto you lose the crunch in your diet. I just don't think I can go with fried pork skin yet. Something is wrong if the only thing that works is fried pork skin.
Celery also. And carrots. It's tough though. I try to eat caesar salads with iceberg lettuce too.
I miss tortilla chips.
Try Quest or Protes protein chips.
Hopefully there's an update on Nova's injury.
I've tried the Quest chips ~1.5 years ago, they were pretty awful, though I wasn't on keto at the time.
Yep, everything in here seems on-topic. Moving on.
If you have ever tried the keto diet, you'd know why those of us on it have to find others with whom to commiserate. When you find someone to talk to about it, it's kind of like running into someone in America who follows soccer as much as you do.
Is Nova the tallest field player we ever had (outside of Brooks/Gonzalez/Gooch)?
Seems like he's fit to play.
