Alert: Sebastian Lletget to undergo foot surgery [Out 4-6 months]

I'm super-bummed for Lletget. After everything the guy's been through, to make it to the NT AND score a crucial qualifying goal in front of the home crowd -- then this. Very tough.

Actually, I think he gave yellow for that one.

 

I feel so bad for him. I hope he has a speedy recovery. He is in excellent shape. That helps, I would think.

Successful surgery

 

As 73 Bruin explained months ago, there are two surgeries for this type of injury. He apparently just had surgery #2:

 

I have not gone back and looked but I didn't think that Seb would be having this surgery for a while. I am just hoping that they are not rushing things. I seem to recall a recent video where he was still in a walking boot. Of course it helps to be young.
