I was on the net listening to a sport talk show from Boston "SSF" on Concorde Radio from 5pm til 7pm, and the had for guest Bruny Pierre Richard the captain of the HNTon the phone from Haiti and from his comments there was a scandal last week in FLA before and after the game between HAITI VS Panama each players were supposed to receive $1,000 US from the FHF which the had to bargain with players for $700 and they will get the rest $300 in Haiti when they get back from the tour; and for the game against the USA u-20 this was just a friendly game between both federations nothing for the team . The actual coach of the HNT is on his way out if there is no changement. The FHF staff like Yves Jean Bart , Nono Jean Baptiste etc are using those guys to make $ which is not fair and very low.

Its time for those guys to stop

And why you are obliged to come and wash your clothes in public by posting it on bigsoccer. There are so many haitian sites for this especially when you don't know the whole story and truth?

At least your federation didn't cancel all its friendlies and basically shut down for two weeks, siting money problems, only months after your team played in the World Cup. Things could always be worse.

Well, I was listening to a Sports show on Radio Super Star from Brockton, MA this Sunday, They had for Guess NONO and Peter Germain... Nono explains at full length the reasons why the Haitian team played the US U-20 team...He said that " The team went to Dallas for Training Camp then played a Friendly game against the US U-20 team, so they could get some new players acquainted to the team" He went on to say that the money that team won at the Digicel cup is still @ The Concacaf federation......
As For peter Germain he said that everything is ok between the players and the Members of the Haitians soccer Federation.......

I'll try to post the Audio Clip Later--

Zikoloko , thanks for the info you really show some guys how to communicate.
And from a radio station in Haiti they were saying that the money should be in the country today w/$30,000 short , because FHF owed CONCACAF ; so let wait and see how the FHF will use the rest of that money.

The gov has decided to cover 75% of the US$640,000 budget that the FHF determined they would need for the Gold Cup and the U-17 tournament in Honduras. The FHF is also expecting US$100,000 from Digicel for winning the CFU title. CFU decide to put an hold on the remaining US$20,000 as collateral for current/future debts.

    Good luck, Haiti.

Both our national associations depend too much on gov money.
