Home and away so now America gets to play Sao Caetano at Azteca stadium.. 2-1 aint a bad result for America which has a good chance of advancing to the next round. The next round possible match up could be against Boca Jrs another rival that has eliminated America in the past..

This is the way I was looking at it. Is a goal scored away have more value than one at home in case of a tie?? Either way America is in a good position to win this round. Sao did not look look all that good it took Frankie to put'em over the top. C'mon you can't expect them to come in to Azteca and do anything. The reffing was not that bad at all as a matter of fact it was not a factor.

Mind you we did not have Navia playing out there. I expect him to make the difference.

Libertadores does not have an away goal rule. So if they're tied, they'll go to OT, then PKs to decide it.

Thankfully they have that, because last year's Deportivo Cali/Cruz Azul matchup would have gone on for weeks.

I have a bad feeling about this. For some reason I think it is goodbye to Mexican teams in Libertadores :(

too bad I wanted to see America vs Boca.

I see america going the next round, america just played a bad game, and some errors that cost the goals, Navia gone was a big factor.
