I hope for that ticket price you get free back rubs and in-seat alcohol deliveries. I admire your loyalty because I personally wouldn't pay that much to see a qualifier.
Well, I had downloaded my tickets to my phone, went to look at them again last night and they are gone. The app is hosed, nobody from US Soccer Federation called me back (two phone calls in). And it is still raining. Anybody know if there is a viewing party anywhere?
The score so far is: 0 - 0 GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! GO USA!!! -G P.S. = Please don't post results of other soccer games and other sports' games in this thread until at least 24 hours after they've ended.

I have three tickets at that price point for this game. I don't think I spent that much on tickets to eight games at Japan/Korea 2002.
Go to the stadium box office. They can access your record with your driver's license and print you your tickets. Worked for me this morning.

Clearly I left the party too early. The site shown in the video is a large, enclosed alleyway behind Bamboo 7 on Jackson St. in Japantown. It more than quadrupled the size of the bar. Per the owner, who also owns AO San Jose's official bar, Jack's, a block away, the authorities only allow the space to be used four times per year, and the permitting process takes months. So, kudos to him and his crew for making the perfect outlaw party space. Met some great folks from around the country, including a charming couple from Wisconsin (a little older than your typical AO hipster) who said they were going to spend today seeing San Jose rather than touristy San Francisco, even though they've not been to the City, because (I'm editorializing), hey, they're regular people from the Midwest. They did their research, too. When I told them Dom Kinnear loves Naglee Park Garage, they said they knew about it from Diners, Drive-In's & Dives. My kind of people.
That happened to me as well. Just log back in to View, and the tickets will be there. It seems like it has to be refreshed every 24 hours, unless you load them to your wallet.
I tried that, it shows me the event, but then absolutely nothing. Candidly, it is one of the worst interfaces I have ever seen.
I'm not used to having to worry about the rain because my usual seats are under the roof... 1. I assume Row 8 gets rained on? 2. Do they sell ponchos at the stadium?
My seats last season were in Row 11 and the rain was hit-or-miss - sometimes protected by the roof, sometimes not, depending on the wind. My seats tonight are in Row 3, and I am assuming that any rain will get us wet. You should assume the same - Row 8 will get more rain than Row 11. Don't know about ponchos. My family is bringing rain jackets for everyone and a little towel to dry off the seats when we get there.
Ummm, you don't have an (R) in your title. I thought a mod would know better!! That's why i started the other thread
Not only that, but the sidelines have been widened to 75 yards corner-flag to corner-flag (Dominic Kinnear's 72 yards wide sidelines were faded out for this game). GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! GO USA!!! -G
Besides the widened playing field, another nice thing today is the more enclosed feeling the new temporary southside stands have given the stadium today. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! GO USA!!! -G
