There's a lot of Cruz Azul supporters in the bay. The moment Cruz Azul was announced, a number of my friends and acquaintances inquired about my tickets. I don't think it's about Almeyda, but I'm in the same boat as you, I wish I kept the tickets just to welcome him. (But I'm glad I gave my tickets to a Quakes and Cruz Azul supporter)
Oh well, i guess I missed the boat. My rep told me I couldn’t sell them in the account manager, so i gave them away. No matter. But next time i will check the account manager before asking the rep...
My two seats in 107 just sold tonight. I made about $15 on each ticket, so I was able to buy a $33 ticket in another section for myself. (My wife didn't want to attend). I will have my EQ "Listening Session" appt pregame as well. A sort of win-win-win-win situation.
I do have a ticket for the Cruz Azul game that is free to any Quakes fan who wants it. My co-season ticket holder can't go. Let me know.
I definitely made a tidy little profit. Mine always sell at face if need be, but I went big here and won.
just a reminder for those, like me, who didn't originally notice that it's a 5:30pm start time not the usual 7:30pm.....

Tonight, a 16-year-old kid from Tracy will make his first-ever start for the club he grew up supporting. 🏠It doesn't get much better than this. #WeAreSanJose | @g_fuentess pic.twitter.com/0mrIhVLu8F— San Jose Earthquakes (@SJEarthquakes) October 13, 2018
