Re: REPORT: Sacha Kljestan Agrees Move To Anderlecht I think that Anderlecht probably won't be sellers this transfer window, seeing as they really think that they can maybe get to the second round of the Champions League. Basically, they are probably expecting this year to be their "peak year", and they probably won't even let Boussoufa go, unless if they get at least 15 million euros for him. If anything, they are looking at buying a young talent in Kevin De Bruyne, a similar player to Kljestan. Jacobs does like to rotate his forward line around (but not the midfield), so maybe he gets games in at the flanks. I think if Kljestan does break through, it'll be the season after. He may even get loaned to a team like Roda JC (a team Anderlecht likes to loan to) this year to get him games.

Fortunately, he is at a stage in his career where his game can still improve. This is the perfect challenge for him. This could be great for his career both at the club and the USMNT level. When Sacha is "on" he is a very dangerous player... it seems like he lost some momentum after he didn't get his Celtic transfer. Maybe he lost motivation, I don't know. But he can do some very nice things and I for one am going to be happy to see him get a good opportunity at a good club. Having to battle for a spot may also be good for him.

Re: REPORT: Sacha Kljestan Agrees Move To Anderlecht all i can say is good luck chivas... last saturday in harrison they were the worst team i've seen in a long time. just think that kljestan is replaced in midfield by second-year man ben zemanski. i also think braun can't play soccer and chijindu is better, but braun (who chest-trapped a ball with his chin, to general laughter) gets the playing time. to be fair they have a lot of young guys and maybe over time will improve. but right now the team (the franchise) look pretty bad. and good luck to kljestan, of course. i've always liked him.
