Ex Norwich and Newcastle winger Ruel Fox (who I believe also played a few games for England), has joined the Monserrat national team as coach. According to the link below he is trying to scout English players in the lower leagues with Monserrat roots. One indentified so far is Tes Bramble of Southend, whose brother Titus plays for Newcastle in the premiership.

The Monserrat captain (wayne Dyer) already plays non-league football in England and another player who I know has Monserratian parents is Michael Duberry of leeds.

The story is the last paragraph on this link - can we perhaps see monserrat climb up the FIFA rankings?

I think one must crawl before one can climb.

    Good news for Montserrat.
