Getting in on the ground floor. So as far as the expansion draft goes. I feel like we should maybe only protect about 5 players and leave the rest available.
Come February 2017 if this thread isn't full of "player x has left the club" and "new coach" news I'll be livid.
February? I was excited for about 5 minutes last night with the tweet letting us know that Real Salt Lake was have a press conference at 10:00am today to talk about the coaching staff. Damn fake twitter account.
Cassuckitude was in full force last night. Hopefully this is the first change so a new coach, with a new strategy, can start shaping the team now.
this is MLS. Things move so damn slow. RSL isn't going to make any significant changes until after the expansion draft. Which I understand. After that, I expect slow but constant change. I'm of the opinion Richie Williams should be made interim HC and the rest of the staff shown the door. Give the guy the first 10 games to make a significant change. Don't plague him with other assistants that were part of the Cassar mold. If by May things are still a shit show, you get interviews going for HC's (that you've been recruiting since now) Oh, and Craig Waibel better be getting a blowdryer type talking to from upper mangement. Give him the same kind of May 2017 deadline. If he wastes yet another scouting trip on almost getting players send his ass out. Sunny and Burrito are great, but so many ********ing misses that his dumbass has made public.
Hell, I would love to be an RSL scout. Those are some great vacations. I say that because it sure seems like no work is being done by the results that come from these "scouting" trips.
The only contribution I've seen from Andy this year was to tell me to eat a dick. Yeah, I'll take that job please
The sputtering flame out makes the ultimatum to renew for next year in order to get a discount on playoff tickets for this year look all the more idiotic...
Well, Houston is looking to start the changes pretty fast. Hopefully RSL will follow suit. Houston Dynamo hiring Wilmer Cabrera as head coach. Done deal, per multiple league sources. #mls #dynamo— Paul Tenorio (@PaulTenorio) October 27, 2016
