aahhh... i actually got my info from here: http://www.fotmob.com/livescores/48/1724755/head-to-head/ but from the Derby match obviously. Fotmob is easy to look at and read, imho, espnsoccernet is just to hard to navigate anymore. HERE IT IS: http://www.fotmob.com/livescores/48/1724735/head-to-head/ i wasn't saying you were wrong, just posting the head to head for reference.
It looks like I (we) counted wrong before... As I understand it Ivan was talking about the last 5 Championship meetings home and away, so it was 0-3-2 Scored 4 Conceded 8 before, 0-3-3 Scored 6 Conceded 11 now?
Our captain and first choice centre back is back in the line-up today (missed last two games through illness) so we should hopefully be a lot more solid defensively, now we just need our strikers to shoot straight. Come on Millers!
Arnason slipped to gift them their first goal but we were poor throughout anyway, I hope it's just our away form but we've looked like a League One team since the Derby draw. If we can't pick ourselves up for Millwall on Saturday and get at least a point alarm bells will start ringing.
A relegation six pointer for us tomorrow, the main thing is we don't lose. I'm going to say 4-0 Millers! 4-2 if we defend like clowns.
It's cup final day at the bottom... Millers v Millwall Blackpool v Wigan We really need to start picking up some wins now that our tough run of games again promotion chasing teams is over. If we take our chances I am confident we can win comfortably today.
It wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped even though we had plenty of chances but what a result, the town has been like a police state today lots of police, mounted police, car sirens and the helicopter whizzing around all day long. Millwall fans have probably spent the evening smashing the town centre up. Shocking images as crowd violence breaks out during Rotherham vs Millwall with police forced to step in http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/shocking-images-crowd-violence-breaks-5250531
I think we need to get our captain Morgan back fit or get a decent defender in on loan, apart from Millwall who are crap we have conceded 3+ goals a game since he has been out (Derby onwards), shambles.
That's a cracking result ... putting a bit of daylight between yourselves and the drop. What about the top of the division, though? Top four separated only by goal differential ... fifth just a point behind ... pretty tight up there.
I was bricking it when the teams were announced due to the number of changes. Morgan was still out, Evans threw two new loanees straight into the back line one of them an 18yr old youth player from Derby. Arnason who has played CB all this season was moved into midfield (he has covered in midfield in previous seasons), Frecklington started after being out injured for a while. Huddersfield fans are calling for Chris Powell to be sacked that's how much we dominated. We've got Wigan at home midweek great chance to hopefully put another nail in their coffin and secure our place in the division for next season. The top of the league is astounding, Derby fans must be gutted after what happened today.
It's Saturday we play Wigan, my bad. Reading v Brighton tonight and Bolton play tomorrow though could see one or two of them pull away.
We prefer to do things the hard way. They scored with two 20yrd freekicks over the wall, with hindsight we shouldn't have gave stupid fouls away as they didn't look like scoring in open play.
yeah. i was just posting about yer lot in the Wednesday thread. what a shame. do we play you guys this weekend? i know some of the gang from owlsalive.com were looking for tickets.
