Saw a lady at the Arsenal vs. Red Bulls game wearing the scarf as a tube top. She was similarly 'gifted'. In her case, I assumed she had some more conventional support underneath.
Too bad I didn't catch your tube-top gal. It would've been funny as I was in Harrison that day with my 15YO daughter & 13YO son... would've made for some good convo. p.s. In the interest of full disclosure and rumor squelching, when I first saw the pic it was on my phone and the "USA" looked like "LISA" so that's where Lisa came from.
Kroeneke still owns the Rapids right? Could Arsenal be the guest for MLS Allstar Game 2015? http://sports.yahoo.com/news/colorado-host-2015-mls-star-game-010535471--mls.html
An interesting prospect. Did Wenger find the visit to the states worthwhile last year? The All-Star game would be the same time of year as the Red Bulls game was last summer. Colorado is 3 more hours of flight time, not sure how big a factor that is. Ultimately, I think if Kroenke says, "Wenger, I want Arsenal to play in the All Star Game," then it will happen. If not, I don't really see it being Wenger's ideal scenario.
As a Arsenal Denverite from your lips to gods ears. One the other hand I dont want the team getting injured or seeing Arsenal taking a game like that very seriously.
Have my doubts as well. If not completely fake, PhotoShop work has been done. The figure seems cutout and placed on a different background. Some of her contours are too in focus whereas everything else has a slight motion blur to it.
It's a soft focus effect from Google Picassa. But nice to know you're staring that close at the photos i took. Nice scarf, huh?
Yea, your story reminds me of a photo I saw of a Birthday Cake for a guy named CLINT that went horribly wrong
Correct antifan, the only foreign games this preseason will be the two Barclays Premier League Asia Trophy in Singapore against Stoke/Everton or the All Stars. Likely we will get the Emirates Cup and one domestic friendly as Wenger has been very vocal against long pre-season jaunts abroad as recently as March. The only serious venue under consideration other than Singapore was Thailand, which has now been scrapped. The idea of games in India was down to Wenger saying he would like to go there, albeit not this summer.
Well there also isn't much time either. Next season starts a week earlier than normal, we could be playing in the community shield again, and I'm guessing we'll do the normal Emirates cup. Plus you'd like them to actually, you know, train together a bit in there. Add in a few domestic friendlies and that's a reasonable preseason.
Actually, if they play July 15th and 18th in Singapore, I wouldn't be surprised if they go from there to Austria, and then back for the Emirates Cup and start of the season. That seems like an Arsene preseason.
They've said it's Singapore, the Emirates Cup, and one more friendly in Europe if we don't make the Charity Shield game.
