    The last nine games:

    3/20 @ Aston Villa
    3/23 @ West Ham
    3/27 v. Everton
    4/3 @ Arsenal
    4/11 v. Stoke City
    4/17 @ Fulham
    4/24 v. Blackburn
    5/1 @ Portsmouth
    5/9 v. Sunderland

One quarter of the league left. Can we avoid the drop and get the EPL TV money?

I'm not confident about the Arsenal & Villa games, but we could potentially get something from any of the other games. Basically as long as we match or better what Burnley and Hull do, we'll be safe.

Burnley have an awful record away from home (just one point) and they've got to play Man City, Liverpool and Tottenham at home. They've also played an extra game than us.

Hull have an easier run in than Burnley (although they've got Liverpool on the final day!!). Hull play Burnley on 10th April which could be a crucial game for the three of us.

Winning 3:0 at the moment. Win this one and we're 7 points above the drop zone. I was still in short trousers when we last beat this lot at Upton Park in the league. :)

Very happy about our 3 - 1 win! With 7 or 8 games left we are sitting in a half decent position... Still nervous though!

wouldn't 9 pts get us through. That could be 2 wins and 3 draws which I think is manageable.

It is managable especially since we should easily get a few wins against the bottom teams which would also give us more of a lead.

I hope that we keep playing decent and keep in high spirits.

I don't think there will be anything easy against anyone going down the final stretch.

Getting any points at Arsenal will be a tall task, but our remaining games are all against teams that are right around us in the table (and Portsmouth), so we should have a reasonable chance of at least getting a draw. Definitely helps that we're playing confidently right now!

Also, if any of you are on thewolf.co.uk, I go by American Wolf on there.

I am aztattooedsean777 over there. I wasn't saying the other matches aren't winnable. I was just saying that playing against other clubs that might also be fighting for survival will be as equally tough as playing someone higher in the table going down the stretch.

Definitely. Luckily we have a bit of a cushion, plenty of confidence, and Kevin Doyle

    No kidding ;)

Haven't made it up to Toronto, but I'm moving back to Columbus in a few weeks. I've heard it's not necessarily safe for Crew fans up in Toronto, so I'm not sure if I really feel like making the trek north of the border. Maybe one of these days.

A supermod has to enable it. It's been disabled for some reason.
