Martin & Kalou are pretty solid replacements.

    Has Debuchy left yet?

Hey whoever the replacement is, guarantee you he's not of French international caliber.

Newcastle was in the race for a top 4 spot in the EPL where the top 4 spots have been pretty much set in stone before match 1 for every year in the last eons of years so that isn't exactly a small club. Just my 2 cents.

LOSC was mentioned as an after thought as a possible loan destination for Dzeko. Probably by some blogger who had trop de vin.

It would be a perfect situation if it weren't for the money Man City wants. They paid 37 million € for him and they want a huge amount for the loan (sorry I can't remember the number). I would think Milan would be the most interested. Dortmund was also mentioned but they don't need a striker.

Dzeko cant be true. They are looking for a winger, a cb, and rb if Debuchy leaves. I havent read anything that says they are looking at a striker.

Saw Lille v PSG. Seems PSG is starting to find their form, could be trouble for the rest of the league.

Lille - I did enjoy watching Nolen Roux up top.

I enjoyed the game, felt that Lille gave up a bit of attacking adventure after they got exposed badly on Ibra's second.

I think he did more than that. My memory is he had a few shots on goal, created a couple of chances.

Unbelievable game for Enyeama against Monaco. He must have made about 5-6 great saves. By the way, LOSC has 19 out of possible 21 points with Roux in the lineup.

Good for them but I still cant get behind them because they treat football like its a business when we know football is not like other businesses. Cant get that excited about a club who sells their best players every year. During OL's reign they gave them a lot of players and now instead they just send them someplace else and this is with a big new stadium which is supposed to give you more revenue and make you richer. Love Nolan Roux all you want but I'd rather have Moussa Sow, the guy he replaced. 27 goals in 48 games since he left Lille vs 17 goals in 62 games (Roux).

I actually thought Roux was going to be pretty good. Seems to be a very good poacher, and all goals count the same.
