He is the only colombian coach worth a damn in my opinion. He is defensive when needed but his Game is mostly based on possession and offensive wing play. If your team has a good midfield and decent wingers he can take you at least to the top 3.

latest rumor says Chile have upped their bid from 2.5 to 3.5 thereby surpassing his currently salary at Flamengo of 3. However I don't necessarily believe this rumor.

Brazilian press is not getting any info about Rueda. Everything linking him to Chile has been from the Chilean press. It's turned into quite the drama.
I feel happy for the guy. I never would have imagined back in the day that teams would be fighting over him. Ecuadoreans made it seem like he was the worst manager on earth. And since he left they have looked worse and worse as the years go by. No coincidence in book.
