Liverpool’s Harry Wilson on way to Bournemouth for medical. Season long loan, no option to buy. Still some details to finalise between clubs.— paul joyce (@_pauljoyce) August 6, 2019 Liverpool players are going to Bournemouth at the same rate that Southampton players go to Liverpool.

Bournemouth have signed Liverpool's Harry Wilson for the season after agreeing to pay a £2.5 million loan fee, with a further £500,000 linked to bonuses. There is no option to buy and Wilson, and Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, see his long-term future still at Anfield https://live4liverpool.com/2019/08/view-from-the-kop/wilson-loan-details-revealed/
Grujic playing like a CF against Bayern -- wins a header (with a clash of heads to show for it), continues his run, is put through 1v1 with the keeper, rounds Neuer, slots in a nice goal to go 2-1 up. But now he's injured and he's got big swelling around his eyebrow. Doesn't look good.
And then he pulled Lewandowski to the ground in the penalty box, away from the play. PK was correctly awarded after the ref checked VAR and Bayern equalized.
I know and it was healthy deflection. If you don't buy a ticket you'll never win the lottery, though.
In fairness, it was only down to no one meeting the club's valuation of him. It is the same reason that Kent, Awoniyi and Chirivella are still on the books. Still his first ever premier league start resulted in his first ever premier league goal, despite an average performance, is excellent for the player. I expect him to get 10 goals in all competitions this season barring some kind of serious injury.
Yes, Kent and Chrivella's valuations were not met but I think Wilson was different. What I heard was Bournemouth wanted to buy but Liverpool was only interested in a loan.

2 goals in his last two games for Ejaria as well for Reading. They lost their first two games and since signing him have been unbeaten. Wilson is proving himself a Prem player, well worth competing a place on our bench if he decides to stay. 19 year old Woodburn scored his first club senior goal on the weekend (he's already got 2 international goals), having played every game for Oxford. Nathan Philips made his first senior start on Friday, best player for Stuttgart according to Whoscored.com as they managed to keep a clean sheet away from home despite playing for almost half an hour with 10 men. Have to say the youth coaches and management have done an impressive job this last half a decade, far more of our prospects seem guaranteed to have decent careers ahead of them if not with us then elsewhere.
I’m wondering if Wilson’s deadball qualities are what’s keeping him on the books? There’s no doubting that he’s in the top 5-10 deadball strikers in the league at the moment. But what else does he have in his locker? He’s not blessed with electrifying pace, dribbling skills or playmaker nous (not saying he has none of those qualities, just that they’re not his strengths), but if he can improve those aspects of his game, then maybe. I suspect that’s what Klopp has in mind with this loan. See if he develops his open play capabilities, even a fraction, then maybe there’s a future for him at Anfield. Absent those improvements, I can’t see Klopp keeping him around because he hits free kicks around the box better than most.
