Loan move to a Premium side that is struggling for goals is a good thing. But then again it’s Woy.

Or Huddersfield? I hear tell they need a goal scorer or two.

ESPN + is showing the Derby County v Soton FA Cup tie this morning in the U.S. Good chance to see Harry Wilson play I hope.

The most impressive thing about his free kicks is how little the goalkeepers move - he disguises his shot very well and leaves them flat footed.

Anybody know how is playing overall? Is he laying on a great number of chances for his teammates? Is his workrate top of the pile?

Harry Wilson makes stunning return from injury with FA Cup goal & assist

The Welsh wizard has gained a reputation for hitting some stunning free-kick goals this term for club and country, and he proved his set-piece prowess once again to pull one back on 76 minutes.
A dangerous ball was whipped in from the right side of the box, more designed as a cross than direct shot, but the placement and pace on the ball was the perfect type of dual-threat free-kick: dangerous cross, but also on target.

It evaded every Saints defender and the goalkeeper, and nestled in the far corner of the net to give Derby hope.

Wilson’s scored twice as many (8) long range efforts as anyone else in England’s top four leagues this season.

I could be wrong on Wilson but I just don't see him making it at Liverpool . I do think he'll have a really good career but more probably with the likes of Leicester , Watford , Soton etc .

I'd love to be proven wrong though .

he has a very strong MF grouping to break into. for him, Curtis, Woody .... tough to make progress for sure.

I actually think you are right - as he doesn't have one standout skill apart from his ridiculous ball striking ability.

The derby fans even say that he's great - but is totally hot and cold in games, and doesn't impose himself all the time. While that would be ok for a 19-20yr old - Wilson is 23.

That said - I wouldn't mind having him get a shot as a bench option next year.

Wilson is going to turn 22 I was wrong. However it’s still the same issue.

Started right back in yesterday after his latest injury.

The reports are all saying that he's doing great in Berlin and the supporters love him - are even looking to get him on a permanent deal.

I watched a good amount of Hertha Berlin yesterday. Grujic was really good. He scored a goal in which he started the move and finished it.

He’s playing as a holding midfielder and he really controlled the game. He is super composed and his passing is excellent. I wonder if he has a chance at Liverpool next season. At the very least he has proven himself and would demand a significant fee if we were to sell him.
