A professional performance from Spurs to record our first away win of the season. Red Star are a poor side, but we'll take it the way this season has gone. For once, we can single out many good performances from the players, instead of saying only one or two showed up.

    Group standings after 4 rounds:

    1. Bayern (Q) 12 pts
    2. Spurs 7 pts
    3. Red Star 3 pts
    4. Olympiakos 1 pt

We go through with a win vs Olympiakos. We go through with a draw against Olympiakos and/or a Red star draw or loss vs. Bayern.

That first goal was ridiculous … and not in a good way.

After watching GLC and Ndombele combine today, I hope Poch gives them a run of games together. What a joy they are to watch.

Just from looking at the highlights, it seems Gazzaniga had another good game.

Both teams combined to hit the post/crossbar 4 times in the first half.

Gazza has always been solid for us and he doesn't seem to have that rickett in him like Lloris.

I think that was always the plan - hopefully the new signings can inject some dynamism into the team and make it easier on the manager to leave those who are uncommitted out of the side.

I just read that Lloris has had surgery, so good thing we have a solid keeper in his place.

I thought the new Gazza was the planned replacement for Lloris.

That's a tough call. If Lloris recovers before the season ends, I would stick with Gazza if he is doing well. Don't yank a hot goalkeeper. This certainly is his opportunity to earn the job.
