How would I go about recruiting player’s to play in the Women’s National League in Ireland? We are looking for player’s who have finished college and are looking to live, work and travel while playing at a decent level.
To give a serious response (though not necessarily the most educated) I would recommend first following the players that have registered for the NWSL draft. Do some homework on the players that arent selected and reach out to their College Coaches. I know there are plenty of quality players out there that would love to play professionally for a few years and get to see and experience new places around the world
