    Inter (BRA) x Pachuca (MEX)

Game 1 in Mexico 5-31-07 (New Date)
Game 2 in Porto Alegre 6-7-07 (New Date)

Since winnng the World Championship Inter has been in Chaos. Meanwhile Pachuca is doing well.

I really dont know here. Will Pachuca play at full strength or reserves because of mexican league?

I'm hoping Inter takes advantage of playing the Final Match at Home. We need this to boost moral which has been low lately. (Elimination from Gauchao, Elimination from Libertadores and 2 losses in Brasileirao).

When does the mexican league end? Isnt the final this Sunday?

If Pachuca plays with full team, I can see them winning easily.

I hope you're right, but we shall see, one never knows in futbol. I see it, 2-1 goals from Chitiva and Landin and from inter, goal from Alexandre Pato :p.

Pachuca doesn't have "11 mexicans starters"...... I'll be rooting for Inter even thoguh Pachuca has 3 Colombians starters...

You are being completely biased. Since you are taking what Pachuca did last year (Sudamericana), you have to mention Inter's LIBERTADORES and MUNDIAL. Last time I checked, those are more prestigious titles than the CONCACAF or Sudamericana.

CONCACAF was just 2 months aho, mexican league this weekend.

Inter's libertadores team is not the same inter team playing today

Please a Mexican trash talking a Brazilian...you are pathetic...I will not waste my time arguing with soccer inferiors...

as I said origianlly, Inter is banged up and the game in Mexico will indeed be tough for us...we will be starting TWO under 20 defenders..check that UNDER 19....but in the game in Brazil, expect hell....

Notice I said SULAMERICANA. Since you mentioned it, you have to mention Inter's titles.

Sudamericana still ended more recently than Libertadores, which was a while ago.

pachuca still have the exact same team that they did when they won... how many of the same players are at Inter when they won the copa lib last yr... think less than half of them are still there

then they lost even more players after that...

its how it goes when Once Caldas played Porto they had half their team and Porto basically bought the best players that Once Beat on the way being the Copa Lib champ... the game was dumb and ended in pks

but SA soccer is better than european soccer because thye play for money we play for heart and cause we lovve the game

and they couldn't get past the first round of the group stage. The first defending champion not to go through ever...a new record.

We could go all day really :D

Seriously, Inter is an Enigma right now.

Things are working. We lost 1 vital player after the Mundial, Fabiano Eller and without him there has been a whole in the defense. Meanwhile everyone else is in a slump.

At this point , in Mexico, Pachuca is the favorite because Pachuca has been gobbling everything up. I mean on Saturday Inter lost to Fluminense B team by 3...ungeard of. So something is wrong, and I can only hope that they will rise to the Recopa occasion.

That said I will be happy with a draw in Mexico and then at the Beira Rio Inter should be able to handle Pachuca.

Either way its gonna be a very interesting 2 games, that I can guarentee.

And Visca..in the Past Libertadores Champs automatically went into the 2nd round...so that is not a fair stat...its a relatively New one. Give it 20 years and I bet many Champs will fail to advance.

I think you are underestimating Pachuca SS. They are going to give you a fight and might even win at Beira-Rio. After all, Botafogo's B team managed to beat you there..
