I'd like someone who is advocating Klopp to say how he would have dealt with the injury issues we had this season, if you speak to a Dortmund fan they might tell you he looked like he didn't have a plan b at times and was every bit as poor with his player selection and tactics as CA was. I think Klopp is decent coach but wasn't he crying on TV at one point bc he didn't know what to do? IMO the pressure here could prove to be too much for him.
Schuster was an idiot, just before a Barca game he said that he didn't believe Real could beat them, I don't care if it was some kind of psychology, but it was a cowardly, dumb thing to say even if it may have been true.
The only reason they topped us in the group was because when we played them we were in danger of not going through and didn't want to take any chances, so I think we either just settled for a draw, and maybe even agreed to play draw. If we had scored that penalty against Olympiacos it would have ensured us a spot in the Round of 16 no matter what happened so we probably would have beaten them 1-0 if we knew we would advance anyway. Maybe even 2-0. Also its normal for italian teams that they always come up as monsters once their in the knockouts but don't always start at their best. If we got Atletico in the quarterfinals they might have been a little favorites, but we would have won. We knocked Real out of the CL which is something Atletico failed to do.
