The problem is that Android has so many different hardware platforms and versions of their software that it is extremely difficult for a small developer to have parity between iOS and Android.
It was the same last year. The day and time they generated the label bears no relation to when they actually ship the package.
It honestly would not surprise me. But why am I getting 4 different labels with 4 different tracking numbers?
Good point. The Union sure is small time....so this makes sense. On the other hand, you can outsource app development and get an Indian programmer that is an expert at Android app development to turn a release around fast and cheap, so I don't really buy that excuse.
I have no doubt in my mind that there isn't anybody remotely involved with the union that understands what it would take to successfully accomplish even the most minor engagement with an offshore resource.
I thought they were promoting the "Group Selfie?" I guess the term "Groupie" had too much of a negative connotation though. Then again taking a selfie is taking a picture of your self...............not yourself and a group of friends..........that would be a group photo.........
Grelfie? Groufie? Doesn't really matter about the operating system if my mom took it, all the heads would be cut off.
Lightweight scarf, lanyard, magnet schedule, bottle cozy (I got one but have 2 seats?) And a voucher for my 10 season t-shirts.
Apparently coozies are worth their weight in gold. The paper said everyone only got 1 per package, not 1 per seat. This team is too much sometimes
It's annoying but the truth is I am just going to throw it in the corner of my basement with all the other years worth of mostly useless sh!t/shwag.
Do you have statistics to backup this claim????? Anyone remember when Kerith Gabriel - of gold versus platinum fame - made a comment that the team was working on a Union-centric app? I wonder how that's coming along? Budget for it was probably reallocated to Phil E. Union.
After looking it up, apparently it's 35-40% or so depending on who you ask. In America. The world is something like 75-85% Android. I'm not sure how to include all of those international fans the Union has into the equation.
Not sure how accurate these stats are: https://www.statista.com/statistics...by-smartphone-platforms-in-the-united-states/ In the US it's 54% Android device to 44% iPhone in 2018 Here's market share per country: https://deviceatlas.com/blog/android-v-ios-market-share Again not sure how accurate these are.
got 2 coozies in mine...guess I'm a VIP. I like the shirt. The scarf is ok. The schedule magnet is a straight up joke.
