Bwahahahahahahaha. I can't even. They did decide to raise my seats (Dark Blue Sidelines) up another 4.3% despite another terrible year on the field. I just hope I get another scarf.
I don't feel like any of that content was sincere. Who is going to re up? The thought of doing this again makes me ill, but there's still an irrational pull.
Anyone annoyed at the lack of a 6 month payment plan? I liked having them mostly paid off early in the season.
I will, but it is much less for the team at this point then it is talking to the people around me and watching live soccer. Hell, I get to see good players that the opposition brings at least. I also think I'll probably write my ticket rep and explain this to him. I know it won't do any good but it might make me feel better.
They've been calling me like crazy, but I've only ever bought a few single-game tickets here and there--and explicitly told them on multiple occasions I no longer live in the area. Usually purchase off the secondary market to boot. Must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for sales if they're coming after me.
My complaints have fallen on deaf ears. I'd love to know if the positive message is backed up by anything or if there's desperation. A guy I coach with bought two seats for next year for the first time. Its different for him not being there from day one so there must be new sales but generally they only open seats after existing members pick I thought. If they are taking new orders before renewals, that tells me there's something odd going on.
This is me too. I'll reluctantly re-up but I enjoy it because I can take my daughter (who gets into the games now) and dish out the remaining games as a reason to keep in touch with old friends. Anyone know why the Union Ale Deck seats are so expensive? Is food/drink included?
Wait, you have to pay for those seats? I always thought they were first come, first served while you are up there drinking. I have sat up there multiple times this season and no one said anything. I guess I was just lucky that attendance is so low.
I'm not renewing. I'm also not telling them I won't. I'll just let this play out over the next few months, with more and more urgent emails stressing the importance of reserving my seats.
No one pays for the field seats either. They are either giveaways or when since they are unsold they let the Suite ticket holders use them. It's a shame they even exist. Looks so gaudy on TV and blocks regular season ticket holder views.
SoB River End tickets are reduced $9/seat, so that's something..... I'll renew, but it's only cause I'm a sucker. I'm a problem.
That's all they were offering in the account manager. I emailed my rep (Brittany) and she was able to put me on a 6 month plan. Only problem is when I got the confirmation everything else was wrong. Wrong seats, wrong parking lot, correct payment plan. I emailed back this morning so hopefully they'll fix it. For a glorified charity case this club doesn't make things easy.
All has been fixed. So now I'll just question this decision the entire offseason while they make no moves.
Think they are free this year since they do not have a number. Must be a new thing for 2018 to sell those seats. I moved to a section just below the deck and like it. If the play is terrible I just take a short walk to the Union Ale deck and hang out there. Plan to do the same next year.
On various social media sites some members of the sales staff are continually citing the teams home record as a sign they are going on the right direction. I thought "I bet every team is pretty good at home, the best teams can win on the road. Bet I can find the stats for this." And I did. We have 7 home wins. every team except 3 has at least 6. Try again, boners. Every ********in team is good at home
Hmmm... account manager showing I paid oh wow... account manager says your right.. those a-holes have some nerve.
