And 2 goals against a good Torino team. He's scored against all of the big 6 teams in England and is on pace to match his Premier League goal total from last year. Keep hating tho.
I think it proves a lot. That forum is frequented mostly by local fans, probably living in the city of Wolverhampton and who have been following the team for years. They care about their team, and how the players perform for their team. They don't really care about X player because he's Y nationality. On the other hand, this is to forum created to discuss mexican players abroad, from a mexican perspective, where all the posters are mexican fans who only watch and follow the respective teams for as long and until said player is on the field. You know how our peeps are. Nationalists, chauvinistic, provincialists. No matter what thread you peek in, the mexican player is always the best player of the team, according to many of the posters. Don't get me wrong, mexican players are not (all) garbage. They're just not all that. I know many will not like what I am writing here. It doesn't make my statement any less true.
He walked past Torino’s defenders. And anyone who watched that first match just knows that shouldn’t have been a 3-2 game. Scapegoating a sector of the team is usually a sensationalist error but I don’t think anyone would disagree in this case that wolves have a defensive discipline issue. The dudes back there just seem distracted half the time.
It's a fan forum. We get that. But knee-jerk reactions are knee-jerk reactions, regardless of the source. Again, words uttered or written in the heat of the moment more often than not offer distorted accounts of what actually transpired on the pitch. And as for BSMX, to argue that everyone here dismisses all things negative when it comes to Mexican players is ridiculous. Even a cursory glance at any of the threads will disprove that notion. If anything, we're often way too hard on our guys.
I don't know what Pepito's point is but I read the entire thread and no one is shitting on Raul. They just think he and Jota look tired and they should rotate the strikers more to give them rest. Isn't that the whole point of signing a quality backup striker anyway?
There's a difference between saying Raul had a bad game and saying that he's part of the problem like you tried to paint Herrera's time with Porto last season. People would take what you say more seriously if you didn't constantly argue in bad faith and only happen to show up when one of Raul or Herrera has a bad game. I mean, you were here last season doing the exact concern trolling you're doing now But let's pretend like there's no agenda here lol
Raul the only one that got the memo that there was a game tonight. Jimenez with Cutrone does not work, Jota and Raul know each other’s movements.
Yes, sir. Those two make a great tandem. The curse of Europa League is proving all too real for Wolves this season, though. They look leggy af.
