Raul Jimenez has now been directly involved in more Premier League goals this season (10) than:🇵🇹 Bernado Silva (9) 🇸🇳 Sadio Mané (8) 🇩🇿 Riyad Mahrez (7) Incredible debut season so far. 🇲🇽🔥 pic.twitter.com/18x5Frkhk4— Statman Dave (@StatmanDave) December 29, 2018
Stats don't always tell the whole story. The fact that he's producing against the "Good teams" matters a ton. Benfica about to cash in on a good investment

Smh beat Spuds...then lose to the Watfords, Southamptons, Sounderlands, Brightons, Chelseas of the world.
Even if Wolves agrees to pen a 30ish M€ check for Raul, Benfica is going to make "only" a 10ish M€ profit given they paid 22M€ for him a few years ago. It's not nothing but not crazy either compared to the sales Portuguese clubs are used to make. I think they'll be mostly relieve not to lose money on a transfer that proved only moderately successful sportively.
In keeping with my new year's resolutions, I wrote up a quick data post on Raul Jimenez and Chicharito, borrowing data, heatmaps, and shotmaps from various sources. @soccernurdshttps://t.co/wEEVn9C84h— Joel Corona (@choulito) January 5, 2019
